Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day return right, the purchased goods may not be used other than as necessary to verify their nature, properties and functionality in the way permitted for testing goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for a purpose other than verifying their nature, properties and functionality, or if they show signs of use or wear, the online store is entitled to reduce the refundable amount corresponding to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal declaration form, which can be found here: withdrawal declaration, and send it to the email address info@heavesi.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the returned item does not match the order (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the declaration, or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the specified period.

The online store shall refund all amounts received from the buyer under the contract without undue delay upon receipt of the returned goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal declaration.

The online store may refuse to process refunds until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided proof that they have sent the item back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the most common standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to refund the costs exceeding those associated with the standard delivery method.

The online store is entitled to withdraw from the sales transaction and request the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store was significantly incorrectly marked below the market price of the goods due to an error.
